Manchester United and Arsenal have been urged to get Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil out of their clubs by any means possible, as they sit on the bench collecting millions in wages.Former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan has torn into both players, branding them busted flushes in English football.Sanchez is under the spotlight again after he looked completely off the pace in Uniteds Champions League last-16 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, where he failed to make an impact off the bench.3

In a rant against pay cheque player culture, Jordan says some top clubs are paying the price for their financial recklessness by offering such huge wages to entice players to sign for them.And, even though it would mean taking a huge hit financially, he has urged United and Arsenal to part with their under performing stars now.Speaking to talkSPORT, Jordan said: There is a culture that worries me within football and its a pay cheque player culture.Sanchez has come to Manchester United for money. Ultimately if he had gone to the club that was achieving anything, with respect, he would have gone to Manchester City.Its a very damning indictment of where United were at the time that they only managed to get Sanchez because they outbid Man City on terms of what the player wanted.This culture worries me and its a culture that pervades a lot of football clubs.I think Marko Arnautovic falls into that category, Diego Costa fell into the category towards the end of his career at Chelsea, and Oscar clearly did because he bailed out of Chelsea at 25 years of age to go play in China.3

When you look at Sanchez and Ozil – how much are you paying them and how much are you getting back?I think Sanchez is a busted flush in English football and I certainly think Ozil is too.The only thing that I would want to do is damage limitation, get them out, hope there is a situation where they can go and shine somewhere else and hope they kid someone else into the same mistake I made with my dollar, and there will always be someone else. Its a shocking waste of money, when you pay for something and dont get it.Why would football clubs allow such a decision? Its laziness, ineffective ownership, ineffective management and ineffective recruitment.Football is rife with people who do the bare minimum and pass it off as the maximum. These guys who think they work hard in football are laughable, because the average guy on the street works hard and people in football do not.
